The Imperial is one of my favourite hotels in Delhi. Spice Route is definitely one of the most beautiful restaurants you can find. Absolutely delicious food, great atmosphere and the service is excellent, each dish was carefully cooked. 

The food was very good. Waiters were very attentive and made us comfortable. We were a party of 8. The chef’s special with tenderloin and the vegetarian curry were very tasty. 

The tax on beverages is insane, we ended up spending a lot. That said, for spicy and tasty dishes make The Spice Route a must stop at the great Imperial Hotel.
