UZURI DECK & DINING LOCATION:Greater Kailash (GK) 2

Have you been looking for a place to spend your weekends and party nights, well, look no further because since the opening of Uzuri, I have been there 4 times already and each time I have had an extremely pleasurable experience. The Chefs are clearly very talented. They are masters of taste and plating. 

What to drink?

1. "The Rossini": Triple Sec, strawberry puree and Strawberry Liqueur shaken, strained into a chilled Champagne flute, charged with Sparkling Wine, it is wonderful.

2. "The Vanilla Bellini": Crisp Sparkling Wine spiked with Vodka, Vanilla & Peach Liqueur, this is also highly recommended.

3. "The Red Pearl": White Rum shaken with pressed pomegranate juice, elderflower syrup, sugar rimmed, do not walk out of Uzuri without trying the pearl.

What to eat?

1. "The Tenderloin": soft and juicy, this should not be missed.

2. "Chicken Wings": African Sticky Chicken Wings, Pickled Chilli Onions with Blue Cheese Sauce, now some people do not like blue cheese, it is an acquired taste so you've got to try it to find out if this is something you would prefer.

3. "The Salad": Warm Tiger Prawns, North Atlantic Shrimps, Tomato Basil Mayonnaise, Avocado Chunks with Crispy Shredded Lettuce, fresh and light. 

How to finish? 

"The Panna Cotta": with Blood Orange Puree and Fennel Biscuit is the best ever.


The fusion of African- European tastes has been an extremely fun experience. Uzuri is surely a one of a kind place.
