Because Varq had excellent ratings I went to Taj with high really high hopes. This place will stun you, and you will be left in awe. Why? The service, the food, everything intact is excellent. 

Perfection thy name is Varq. I cannot fault anything. That rarely happens. The restaurant itself and the ambience is faultless. It is so nice that the servers explained the dishes, which were yummy, gave us helpful advice to choose and made the night special. 

Our visit was on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was bustling, obviously. So many expats and tourists. Amazing. Why am i visiting this place after so many years of hearing about it is what I thought. A chikki kulfee, flambéd in cognac and rich in baileys cream reduction was so tasty that I could eat my plate. 

Then came the COCKROACH, oh my god, the girls at the table screamed. How can there be a cockroach in a five star hotel? Don't they use fumigators? 

I don't know how to rate my experience.
